Role & responsibilities

Acquire
high-value current accounts
and
CASA customers
through direct sourcing and referrals.
Handle and grow relationships with
HNI, SME, and corporate clients
.
Drive
Trade & Forex
business by offering suitable solutions to clients.
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams like operations, credit, and trade finance to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to strengthen relationships and enhance business volumes.
