Mission:

We are looking for a dynamic, field-driven Relationship Manager to strengthen and grow BankersKlub’s former banker network and drive consistent lead generation across retail and corporate lending products. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging senior bankers, activating their networks, and converting opportunities into business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a solid understanding of retail and Corporate leads. You will play a critical role in banker onboarding, ongoing engagement & lead sourcing,


Position Overview

Designation: Relationship Manager – Banker Engagement & Lead Generation

Employer: BankersKlub

Job Location: Okhla Phase-III, New Delhi

Experience Level: 3–4 years (Preferred in Retail Banking, SME Banking, DSA/Fintech Sales, or Channel/Partner Management)

CTC Range: As per industry standards + Attractive Variable Incentives

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field


Key Responsibilities (Rewritten & Optimized for BankersKlub)


A. Banker Engagement & Onboarding

  • Identify, engage, and onboard former and retired bankers into the BankersKlub platform.
  • Conduct regular field visits and meetings with bankers to understand their requirements and activate them for lead sourcing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all banker-related queries, product clarifications, and support needs.
  • Monitor engagement levels, deal participation, and productivity of all onboarded bankers through structured follow-ups.
  • Organise banker meets, engagement sessions, and small-group interactions to drive network activation.


B. Lead Generation & Business Development


  • Drive consistent retail lending business—Personal Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, LAP, Business Loans, LAS, and LAMF—through banker networks.
  • Support bankers in generating corporate and SME leads, helping them tap into their professional relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate lending and financial product solutions.
  • Track, monitor, and report the pipeline of leads, proposals, documentation, and conversions.
  • Ensure daily follow-ups with bankers for lead updates, movement, and closure.


Must Have


  • Strong understanding of retail credit products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, LAS, LAMF) and basic knowledge of SME/working capital lending.
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through, discipline, and a drive to consistently deliver business results.
  • Prior experience in banker onboarding, partner/channel management, DSA/lender coordination, or relationship roles within BFSI is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRM / lead management systems for pipeline tracking.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret lead data, track conversions, and derive actionable insights.
  • Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, NBFCs, MSME lending, or working with senior stakeholders is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for engaging senior retired bankers and corporate clients.
  • Willingness to travel for banker meetings, client visits, and engagement activities.
