Job Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate NPS

Location: Chennai-Tamil Nadu

Department: National Pension System (NPS) – Corporate Business

Company: ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company Limited

Experience Required: 2–6 years



Role Overview:


We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) – Corporate NPS for Chennai-Tamil Nadu. The RM will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing corporate clients under the National Pension System (NPS). The role includes driving NPS adoption among employers, enhancing employee participation, and delivering consistent business growth in the assigned region.



Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Identify and pitch NPS to prospective corporate clients in Chennai-Tamil Nadu.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, CXOs) to explain the benefits and structure of NPS.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding by coordinating documentation and compliance requirements.


Client Relationship & Servicing:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing corporate clients to deepen engagement.
  • Conduct employee sessions, awareness workshops, webinars, and helpdesks.
  • Act as a SPOC for any operational or servicing-related issues for corporates and employees.


Business Development & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new corporate accounts, active subscribers, and AUM growth.
  • Track and drive progress through structured pipeline management and follow-ups.
  • Provide detailed MIS, funnel reports, and market intelligence to regional leadership.



Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong B2B/corporate sales and client management capabilities
  • Good understanding of NPS, retirement planning, or financial services preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and highly organized
  • Ability to travel within Delhi NCR and Jaipur as required



Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • 2–6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in BFSI, insurance, or payroll-linked products.
