Job Title: Frontline Sales Coordinator (FSC) – Corporate NPS Location: Delhi NCR Department: National Pension System (NPS) – Corporate Business Company: ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company Limited Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers Welcome) Reporting To: Zonal Head – North, Corporate NPS Role Overview: We are inviting applications for the role of Frontline Sales Coordinator (FSC) under our Corporate NPS division at ICICI Prudential Pension Funds. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a career in corporate relationship management, financial services, and retirement planning. The FSC will support in driving awareness of the National Pension System (NPS) among corporate clients and their employees, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth execution of awareness campaigns and helpdesks. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Support & Engagement: Assist senior Relationship Managers in identifying and engaging corporate clients. Help in organizing corporate-level presentations, meetings, and documentation for NPS onboarding. Employee Awareness & Onboarding: Conduct NPS awareness sessions, helpdesks, and one-on-one interactions with employees. Educate employees about NPS benefits, tax advantages, and investment structure. Support employees with form-filling, PRAN generation, and process queries. Data Handling & Coordination: Maintain daily reporting, lead management, and session attendance records. Coordinate with backend teams for documentation, application status, and issue resolution. Key Skills & Competencies: Fluent communication in English – spoken and written. Presentable, confident, and comfortable with public speaking. Organized, proactive, and target-oriented. Eager to learn about financial products and retirement planning. Willing to travel locally as part of job responsibility. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory). 0–2 years of work experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Exposure to client-facing internships, campus roles, or field work is an added advantage.
