Job Summary:

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage business through

    Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)

    for

    Home Equity / Loan Against Property

    products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive consistent business volumes.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets assigned for the DSA channel.
  • Ensure quality sourcing by conducting preliminary checks on documentation and creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with

    credit, operations, and legal teams

    for smooth processing and disbursal.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to DSAs on product features, policies, and processes.
  • Monitor DSA performance, resolve conflicts, and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory norms.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and share insights with management.
  • Ensure adherence to

    KYC, AML, and risk management guidelines
