Role Overview – Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager

field + office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with retailers via calls and visits
• Motivate and re-activate inactive retailers to resume services
• Provide product knowledge, service updates, and basic training
• Resolve operational queries and ensure high retailer satisfaction
• Coordinate onboarding for new retailers and support them through setup
• Track performance and encourage transaction growth through follow-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years

  of experience in client servicing or relationship roles
• Strong communication in

  Hindi and English

• Proficiency in Excel

  and reporting tools
• Excellent persuasion and follow-up abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to travel within assigned local areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in fintech or banking is a strong plus

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
