Specializing in essential financial services like AEPS, BBPS, Micro ATM, DMT, and more, Bharat Pay AEPS bridges the gap between traditional banking and underserved communities. Our platform ensures reliability, speed, and transparency, empowering retailers and small entrepreneurs to grow their income while serving their local communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Bihar Sharif. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retailers, promoting Bharat Pay AEPS products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting on sales activities. The Sales Representative will work closely with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing operations for retailers.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Acquisition skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Market Research and Client Relationship Management skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and report on sales activities
Experience with fintech products and services is a plus
Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the region is beneficial
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
