Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and expanding the company's customer base by identifying and contacting potential clients. Key responsibilities include delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing detailed proposals, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative will also maintain relationships with existing clients and continuously gather market insights to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, electrical equipment, and solutions such as VCBs, transformers, AC/DC drives, and LV/MV panels
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and conducting product presentations for potential clients
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in industrial sales or a related field is advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel to other locations if required
