Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Jaipur. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing after-sales support. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate with clients. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in client relationship management Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations Knowledge of automation, electrical systems, and related products (e.g., HT/LT Panels, PLC/SCADA, VFD, VCB) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Prior experience in the automation or electrical industry is a plus
