Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our solar product range and their benefits.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy and how our products meet their specific needs.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals that address the client's requirements and showcase the value of our solar products.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive presentations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their ongoing needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Quotation and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with solar products and the renewable energy market.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
