Responsibilities: * Design and erection in solar projects *Site Planning, cost optimization and work independently *Documentation and report *Location:Chennai / UAE * Exp: Chennai : 2 - 5 / UAE - 10 to 20 years. * Pay: Rs.25k - 35K / 12K - 18K AED

Role & responsibilities: Drive regional sales of solar PV modules in the C&I segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales . Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent sales growth. Analyze regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with organizational targets. Maintain accurate reporting of sales funnel, forecasts, and partner performance using CRM/MIS systems . Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key C&I clients . Preferred candidate profile: 7 to 12 years of experience in solar module sales , specifically in channel development and mid-market sales . Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce; MBA in Marketing preferred. Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, pricing models, and industry dynamics.
