Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of
Industrial DG, UPS & BESS
solutions.
Manage
complete sales cycle
lead generation to contract closure.
Identify, recruit & onboard
Enterprise/C&I customers
.
Accurate
forecasting
for month/quarter/year; manage sales pipeline.
Give
technical sales presentations
for BESS/DG/UPS to customers, consultants, PMCs & channel partners.
Negotiate commercial & contract terms
, ensuring approvals as per company matrix.
Build strong relationships with
consultants & contractors
.
Conduct
market/competition research
, analyze cross-selling & up-selling opportunities.
Handle
risk assessment, scope compliance & cost review
for opportunities.
Capture customer feedback & maintain strong customer relationships.
Understanding of
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
is essential.

Qualifications

B.Tech Electrical
with strong sales experience in
UPS/DG/BESS
in Delhi/NCR.
Solar experience is an added advantage.
Strong
techno-commercial
, communication & negotiation skills.
Good understanding of
GTM strategies
for renewable products.
Strong network with
ELV consultants & contractors
.
Self-driven, good at multitasking & cross-functional coordination.
