Job Description

- Visit bakery and ice-cream industry clients to explain products and demonstrate their applications.- Conduct regular sales visits, take orders, monitor supply chain activities, and coordinate with dealers.- Resolve technical concerns at bakery/ice-cream production sites by utilizing technical staff efficiently.- Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing activities within the assigned territory.- Maintain daily reporting, submit monthly working records, and ensure documentation as per company standards.- Participate in all India-level exhibitions as required.- Travel 15- 20 days per month across the assigned zone for sales activities.- Maintain adequate stock levels at dealer points and support dealers in business development.- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating terms, and aligning contracts with operations.- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information.- Follow up on new business opportunities, arrange client meetings, prepare presentations, and share product updates.- Oversee marketing literature development, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to management.
