Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to manage, expand, and lead our distribution network for lithium-ion batteries used in laptops. If you have 5+ years of experience in channel/distribution sales in the IT industry, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new partners in channel sales
Appoint exclusive distributors for laptop batteries
Develop bulk order contracts with refurbished laptop dealers and accessory companies
Work on after-market and OEM sales strategies
Run sales and marketing campaigns to establish a strong market presence
Educate partners on our products and quality standards
Negotiate deals, track sales margins, and maintain partner relationships
Maintain and update distributor/customer database
Forecast monthly sales and generate business opportunities
Share weekly reports and achieve sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with partner agreements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B distribution/channel sales (preferably in IT hardware/electronics/laptops)
Bachelor's or Master's in Sales, Engineering, or Business
Strong network in the IT industry (especially channel/retail)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Field sales experience with willingness to travel
Ability to manage CRM, sales reports, and MS Office tools
Self-driven, reliable, and result-oriented
