We are hiring an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to manage, expand, and lead our distribution network for lithium-ion batteries used in laptops. If you have 5+ years of experience in channel/distribution sales in the IT industry, this is your opportunity! Key Responsibilities : Identify and onboard new partners in channel sales Appoint exclusive distributors for laptop batteries Develop bulk order contracts with refurbished laptop dealers and accessory companies Work on after-market and OEM sales strategies Run sales and marketing campaigns to establish a strong market presence Educate partners on our products and quality standards Negotiate deals, track sales margins, and maintain partner relationships Maintain and update distributor/customer database Forecast monthly sales and generate business opportunities Share weekly reports and achieve sales targets Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities Ensure compliance with partner agreements Requirements : 5+ years of experience in B2B distribution/channel sales (preferably in IT hardware/electronics/laptops) Bachelor's or Master's in Sales, Engineering, or Business Strong network in the IT industry (especially channel/retail) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Field sales experience with willingness to travel Ability to manage CRM, sales reports, and MS Office tools Self-driven, reliable, and result-oriented We are hiring 2 Channel Sales Managers to handle the North and South India regions, respectively.
