Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area sales targets through distributor handling, module sales, and channel sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies for solar energy solutions such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and distribution channels.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion in the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the power industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy execution.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and distribution channels.
