Job Summary

NS4 Salon Franchise is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead franchise sales and business development across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, managing regional sales targets, and building strong relationships with franchise partners to drive brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise sales opportunities within the assigned area
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations and investors
• Present franchise business models, ROI, and growth plans to prospects
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth franchise onboarding
• Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and provide ongoing support
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management
• Represent NS4 Salon Franchise at events, exhibitions, and business meetings
• Ensure brand guidelines and sales processes are followed across the region

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in franchise sales, retail sales, or area sales management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the salon, beauty, or retail industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
