The Brand Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders within the industrial building products, particularly focusing on MCB, DCB, MCCB and Switches, switchboards, industrial and street lights, fans, high mast, poles sockets etc. This role requires strong partnership development with leading brands, manufacturers, and distribution networks. The Brand Relationship Manager will drive brand advocacy, foster collaboration, and ensure the companys product offerings are aligned with the market demands in the industrial lighting. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building & Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with leading brands like Bajaj, Havells, Anchor etcand manufacturers in the industrial lighting space. Brand Advocacy & Market Representation: Promote the companys industrial lighting & building products to brand partners and stakeholders. Market Analysis & Business Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for brand collaboration. Develop business strategies to expand the companys market presence in the street lighting and highmast lighting sectors. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with industrial lighting brands, leveraging market knowledge and insights. Product Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with product development teams to align lighting products with brand expectations and market needs. Gather feedback from key brands to enhance product offerings and identify opportunities for innovation. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance by leveraging strong relationships with industrial lighting brands, building products and distributors. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, brand management, relationship management, or business development within the industrial lighting or related sectors. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industrial lighting industry, particularly street lights and highmast lights, and building products of switches & sockets with a network of contacts among leading brands and manufacturers. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple relationships and navigate complex partnership agreements. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and growth. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with industrial lighting technologies, standards, and product innovations. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with brand partners and attend industry events.
