Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers: answering queries, resolving complaints, and following up. Simply Hired+1

  • Sales Support / Business Development
  • Promote NBFC financial products: loans (personal, gold, business), chitty, insurance, etc. Simply Hired
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer profiles. Simply Hired+1
  • Help the sales team in acquiring new customers (through referrals, field visits, branch walk-ins). Simply Hired
  • Operations & Documentation
  • Assist in customer onboarding: collect and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. Simply Hired
  • Support loan application processing, documentation, and internal coordination. Simply Hired
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, sales, and performance metrics. Simply Hired
  • Collections / Recovery (Sometimes)
  • Follow up with customers for EMI payments or instalments. Simply Hired
  • Work with collection teams to minimize defaults by providing customer support and solutions. Simply Hired
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal NBFC policies, RBI (or relevant regulator) norms, and KYC/AML guidelines. Simply Hired
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on customer service, sales, and operations. Simply Hired
  • Performance Targets
  • Achieve individual or branch-level targets (sales, service satisfaction, collections). Simply Hired+1
