Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth across all regions for our teleradiology services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare networks while driving effective marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and service adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities- Manage and expand teleradiology sales across all regions (North, South, East, West, Central).- Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and imaging clinics.- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high retention and upselling.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations.- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, reporting, radiologists) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.- Track competitor activities and market trends to optimize sales approaches.Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute regional marketing campaigns to promote teleradiology services.Identify regional marketing opportunities (CME events, seminars, conferences, hospital activations).Develop targeted strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, content, and promotional materials.Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.3–6 years of experience in healthcare sales (teleradiology preferred).Strong understanding of radiology workflow, PACS/RIS, and diagnostic industry landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel frequently across regions.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving market expansion.Key AttributesSelf-motivated and target-oriented.Strong regional market knowledge.Ability to handle multiple regions and manage diverse client portfolios.Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.Company Description Oshin Infotech Services Private Limited specializes in providing innovative healthcare solutions designed to enhance productivity and ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. Qualifications Sales and Marketing: Strong skills in regional sales, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading teams and fostering collaboration to achieve targets.Communication and Networking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.Analytical and Planning: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and performance tracking to align with business goals.Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is highly preferred.Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing platforms.Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
