🔔 We’re Hiring | Regional Sales Manager – West India One of our well-established clients in the food service & bakery ingredients industry is looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive business growth and market expansion across West India. 📍 Location: Chembur, Mumbai 🗺️ Region Covered: Maharashtra | Gujarat | Rajasthan | Goa 📩 This is a confidential hiring. Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets Drive expansion of product portfolio across food service and institutional channels Ensure strong market penetration across West India 2. Team Building & People Management Recruit, train, and lead Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Food Service Executives Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets Coach and mentor teams to enhance execution and market effectiveness 3. Distributor Appointment & Management Identify, appoint, and manage high-potential distributors Strengthen distribution across bakery & confectionery clusters, HoReCa, and wholesale markets Monitor distributor performance, inventory planning, and credit hygiene 4. New Customer Acquisition Drive acquisition of key B2B accounts: Bakeries | Pastry Shops | Confectioners | Café Chains | Cloud Kitchens | HoReCa | Institutional Buyers Support the team in closing high-value deals and strategic partnerships 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements Share structured MIS reports, forecasts, and actionable insights with leadership 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams Support new product launches, promotions, and sampling initiatives 7.
