Job Description

Responsible for the business development of Company's products in the state of West Bengal. Targeting different market segments like Pharmaceutical, Research, Education, Food and Beverages, Natural Resources, Defense, Healthcare etc. Leading the West Bengal sales team members as well as aiming continued expansion of the team. Formulating and executing new strategies for business growth. To ensure that best sales practices are implemented and followed by the sales team members. Travelling frequently with the sales team, meeting existing dealers and end users (customers) with an aim of supporting the sales team, revenue generation, customer retention and representing the brand. Participating in various domestic trade exhibitions, showcasing Microlit products and representing the brand Implementing new sales promotion strategies and schemes to increase sales in different targeted markets. Making strategic pricing related decisions for the sales team to help order conversions as well as maintaining profitability for the organization. Coordinating with Inside Sales Team for receiving seamless backend sales support. Coordinating and working closely with the tendering team to generate business from the government accounts. Internal coordination with different departments at HO to ensure smooth order management, production, and dispatch related operations. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction against any product complaint, by coordinating closely withtechnical team and the customer.
