Hiring For Supply chain & Inventory Management - Ecommerce (Thane)

Role & responsibilities Inventory Management & Planning • Assist in daily stock reconciliation, order fulfilment tracking, and replenishment coordination across warehouses and fulfilment partners. • Coordinate replenishment triggers based on consumption patterns, buffer stock policies, and lead time analysis. • Track slow-moving, non-moving, and excess inventory and support liquidation plans. Operations Coordination • Liaise with warehouse teams, 3PLs, and delivery partners to ensure timely inward and outward stock movements. • Coordinate PO processing, vendor follow-ups, and inbound shipment status with the procurement and sourcing teams. • Support operational readiness for seasonal spikes, campaign launches, and new product introductions. • Monitor and maintain daily dashboards to track inventory health, shipment status, and order backlogs. Process Adherence & improvement • Ensure adherence to SOPs and assist in their documentation and review. • Identify bottlenecks in supply chain processes and propose improvements in turnaround time and data accuracy. • Support the implementation of process digitization and inventory control best practices. Data Analysis & Reporting • Prepare and maintain reports on daily, weekly, and monthly inventory KPIs (e.g., fill rate, order aging, inward TAT, stock discrepancies). • Use Excel and data tools to analyze trends, forecast demand, and track supply chain performance. • Share timely updates and alerts on risks like low stock, shipment delays, or data mismatches. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related discipline (certifications in logistics/supply chain are a plus). • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory operations, or warehouse coordination roles preferably in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG. • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills. • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process compliance.
