Roles & Responsibilities

Branch Productivity

  • Manage business operations in the assigned region while ensuring overall productivity and profitability.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate staffing and resource allocation across territories.
  • Build and expand the company’s agency distribution network within the region.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNIs (where applicable) to enhance business growth.
  • Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by the organization.
  • Oversee the distribution of multiple products including Motor, Life & Health Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, NPS, etc., along with new products introduced by the company.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers, evaluate their results, and implement measures for improvement and career development.
  • Guide, motivate, and support team members while ensuring continuous learning and product knowledge enhancement.

Client Servicing

  • Work closely with Circle Head and internal teams to resolve all client service-related matters promptly and effectively.

Compliance & Control

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service while maintaining process discipline.

Technology

  • Drive technology adoption and digital tools implementation within the assigned territory.
📌 Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: Graduate / MBA (Tier I/II colleges preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Channel Exposure: Prior experience in Agency and Distribution channels is highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build long-term business relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
  • IT Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and related business tools.
