Job Description Sales Executive Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand company objectives, product portfolio, and business goals. Conduct market research to gather competitor insights, pricing data, and industry trends. Evaluate distributor performance, their handling of multiple brands, and suggest strategies for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors. Meet dealers daily along the allocated route to ensure timely delivery of materials and collect orders. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by appointing new channel partners. Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth supply; arrange alternate delivery plans when distributor vehicles are unavailable, with proper pre-planning. Role & responsibilities 1. Execute all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager (GM) and Managing Director (MD) in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Ensure achievement of set targets as defined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 3. Drive network expansion in accordance with the companys AOP, ensuring presence in emerging and strategically important markets. 4. Assign the required daily tasks to the executives and ensure that the work is carried out each day in alignment with the sales plan Implement sales promotion activities effectively to boost secondary sales. 5. Involve in the Sales and Business improvement for the company. 6. Facilitate budgetary support to dealers for approved promotional and business development activities. 7. Ensure timely collection and submission of installation certificates to the company. 8. Monitor and ensure that Area In-charges (AIs) maintain adequate stock levels as per company norms to avoid stock shortages. 9. Ensure timely payment collection from dealers to maintain a healthy supply-demand balance. 10. Submit daily reports, MIS, weekly, monthly, and other ad hoc reports requested by the Head Office (HO) within the stipulated deadlines. 11. Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management to foster a strong and transparent business relationship. 12. Ensure that dealer claims are processed and cleared as per company policy and within the defined timelines to avoid disruption to business operations and planning. 13. Complete all assignments and tasks delegated by senior management within the specified timeframes. 14. Maintain a transparent and professional relationship with dealers to prevent misunderstandings and ensure smooth business operations.
