Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand company objectives, product portfolio, and business goals.
Conduct market research to gather competitor insights, pricing data, and industry trends.
Evaluate distributor performance, their handling of multiple brands, and suggest strategies for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors.
Meet dealers daily along the allocated route to ensure timely delivery of materials and collect orders.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by appointing new channel partners.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth supply; arrange alternate delivery plans when distributor vehicles are unavailable, with proper pre-planning.
Ensure accurate handling, accountability, and timely remittance of cash.

Requirements:

Willingness to travel within Bangalore and outside as required.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, plan efficiently, and achieve targets.
