About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales & Business Development professional who understands the intersection of business and technology, has their finger on the pulse of the IT market, and can craft tailored learning and upskilling solutions for top-tier clients. This role demands a consultative approach, the ability to drive growth, and a passion for bringing Business & IT together through strategic solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B business development across metro and non-metro markets with a focus on enterprise clients and HNI accounts.
  • Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with CXOs, L&D heads, and IT decision-makers from over 200 top IT companies.
  • Promote and sell cutting-edge learning solutions in domains like:
  • AI, ML, Data Science, IOT, DevOps, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, PMP and other process improvement frameworks.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals; exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and solution-based pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success.

  • Familiarity with corporate L&D, training solutions, or IT consulting services is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market development.
