Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of assigned student batches by mentoring, motivating, and guiding them throughout their training and placement journey. Deliver interactive and impactful training sessions to enhance students’ communication, presentation, and overall soft skills. Prepare students for interviews by helping them integrate communication skills with their technical knowledge. Create a positive and encouraging environment to build students’ confidence and improve verbal articulation. Regularly assess students’ communication abilities, track their progress, and identify areas for improvement. Use creative and adaptive training methods to keep sessions engaging and tailored to students’ real-time needs. Monitor individual and batch performance, and provide regular feedback and reports to management.
