Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and NCR , New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the specified region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Research, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or disable care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
