Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Actively sell the company’s products i.e. coagulation analyzers, consumables, and other diagnostic devices. Identify new sales opportunities, manage leads, and convert them into successful deals. 2. Territory Management: Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned geography, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration in the assigned territory. 3. Customer Engagement: Appoint right Distributor as per company direction and Build & maintain strong relationships with All stakeholders i.e. Distributor, hospitals, diagnostic labs, medical colleges. Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to educate customers on product benefits. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. 4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales & travel reports to the Company. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues effectively. 5. Events and Marketing: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and gather leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Single handedly product demonstration to customers as per the requirement. 6. Compliance and Coordination: • Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, customer support, and technical) to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualification : Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales-service of IVD medical devices Graduate/Diploma Biotech/Biomedical engg/MBA/BBA/any other related streams with relevant IVD/MedTech industry exposure Willing to join immediately Shall submit job relive and experience letters across all employments.
