Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Jaipur/Jodhpur/Udaipur. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team. The role involves traveling within the region to meet clients, analyzing market trends, and reporting sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
Knowledge of Market Analysis and Competitive Analysis
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to travel within the region as required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry is a plus
