Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – 2W & 3W

Industry : Automobile (Two-Wheeler & Three-Wheeler)

Experience : Minimum 10 Years

Location : North Indian

CTC : Up to ₹12 LPA

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in 2W & 3W automobile sales to drive regional business growth, manage dealer networks, and lead sales teams across multiple territories in India. The role demands deep market knowledge, dealer handling expertise, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive regional sales targets for two-wheelers and three-wheelers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across assigned regions

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and sub-dealer networks
  • Strengthen relationships with dealers, financiers, and key trade partners
  • Ensure effective execution of sales schemes, promotions, and pricing strategies

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate regional and area sales teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and market visits
  • Ensure optimal territory coverage and productivity

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Analyze sales data and prepare MIS, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Provide market feedback to product and management teams

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, service, finance, and logistics teams
  • Support product launches, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in 2W / 3W automobile sales
  • Strong exposure to dealer sales, channel management, and rural & urban markets
  • Proven experience in handling large regions or PAN India responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience with OEMs or leading 2W/3W brands
  • Strong dealer and financier network
  • Result-driven with strong execution and strategic thinking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
