Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales management, including strategy development and team leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and adapt to market changes
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Knowledge of the furniture industry and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience in managing regional sales teams is a plus
