Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor & manage ASMs and Field Sales Executives.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct sales meetings, field visits & reviews.
• Identify training needs & oversee development programs.
  

Sales Growth & Market Development

• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve state targets.
• Expand market share & ensure product availability.
• Identify new business opportunities & manage product launches.
• Implement and monitor sales promotions & schemes.
  

Distribution & Channel Management

• Appoint & manage distributors/dealers across Rajasthan.
• Strengthen rural & urban market coverage.
• Monitor distributor ROI & resolve trade issues.
  

Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities & pricing strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and periodic reports.
  

Coordination with Head Office

• Act as the communication bridge between field teams & HQ.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance & HR.
• Submit timely reports on sales forecasts, achievements & MIS.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
• 812 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Durables / Industrial Products (or similar field)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven experience managing large territories and sales teams
