We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Marketing Manager in driving sales and business development initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients, managing sales operations, and contributing to the growth of our geosynthetics, geoengineering, and geohazard mitigation product portfolio.

Location of work: Northeast, West Bengal, Odissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Identify and engage with potential clients,

- Provide excellent customer service

- Conduct market research

- Coordinate with internal teams

- Attend industry events,

Qualifications and Skills: -

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MBA (Sales), or a related field

- Experience: 3-9 years in sales, preferably in geosynthetics, construction materials, or engineering solutions

- Key Skills: -

- Collaborative mindset to support Regional Manager in achieving objectives

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools - Willingness to travel as required

- Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the geosynthetics or construction industry is essential.
