We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Marketing Manager in driving sales and business development initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients, managing sales operations, and contributing to the growth of our geosynthetics, geoengineering, and geohazard mitigation product portfolio. Location of work: Northeast, West Bengal, Odissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Regional Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets. - Identify and engage with potential clients, consultants, and distributors. - Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends. - Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems. - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and technical support. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company and build relationships. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MBA (Sales), or a related field - Experience: 3-9 years in sales, preferably in geosynthetics, construction materials, or engineering solutions - Key Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Collaborative mindset to support Regional Manager in achieving objectives - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools - Willingness to travel as required - Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the geosynthetics or construction industry is essential.
