Key Responsibilities: - Meeting regional sales financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis. - Exceeding sales targets in terms of volumes, revenue, market penetration, profitability, and growth, with a focus on maximizing sales of premium products and services. - Nurturing end customer relationships within your assigned territory and contributing to regional sales strategies and operational objectives. - Developing specific plans to drive revenue growth across all product lines, identifying new customer opportunities, and recommending product enhancements based on market trends and competitive analysis. - Training and supporting sales representatives, maintaining existing customer relationships, and building rapport with key customers to expand the customer base. - Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to ensure optimal performance and supporting them in achieving their targets. - Analyzing sales progress, customer satisfaction, and market trends to drive the success of Lenovo's sales operations within your assigned territory. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales management, revenue analysis, and forecasting. - Strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Prior experience in the technology industry is preferred.,
