Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development activities across the Western Region.
Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Provide training, motivation, and support to the sales team for optimum performance.
Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipeline, and MIS to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Regular travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh for client meetings and market visits.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Proven track record in industrial/engineering product sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage sales operations independently in a large territory.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Experience

Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant sales experience in industrial products/machinery/equipment (preferred).
Prior exposure to managing multi-state territories will be an added advantage.
