Job Description

Key Skills Regional Sales Manager (Banking/Finance Sector)

  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products (Home Loans etc.)
  • Expertise in sales and business development within financial services
  • Proven ability to manage branch sales teams and achieve regional targets
  • Relationship management
  • Excellent leadership
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling banking/financial products
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and prepare MIS reports
  • Networking and market-mapping skills for new business opportunities
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on service excellence
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and banking software
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of

    banking and housing finance industry

  • Demonstrated ability in

    team handling and channel management

  • Experience in

    business development and achieving regional sales targets

  • Strong

    relationship management skills

    builders, DSAs, and channel partners
