Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Cardio Diabetic Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional business operations, and leading a high-performing sales team across the assigned territory. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep market understanding of the cardio-diabetic segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead, coach, and motivate Area Sales Managers / First Line Managers and Medical Representatives
• Monitor field performance, conduct joint field work, and provide regular feedback and training
• Build and strengthen relationships with key cardiologists, diabetologists, physicians, and key accounts
• Ensure effective product promotion and brand positioning in the cardio-diabetic segment
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve business performance
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical promotional practices
• Manage budgets, expenses, and ROI for regional activities
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 - 24 years of total pharmaceutical sales experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in Cardio - Diabetic division
• Strong exposure to Rajasthan market (Jaipur preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
