Exide Energy Solutions Limited is investing $500+ Mn dollars to setup India’s first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium-Ion Cells at Devanahalli Industrial Area in Bengaluru. Exide Energy designs, develops, and manufactures Lithium Ion Cells and Battery Pack solutions for various energy storage. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lithium ion battery packs and cells in the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the lithium ion industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 16+Years of relevant sales experience in handling large customers preferably in the lithium cell & battery field, Automotive OEMs, Energy Storage Systems (Both BESS & RESS).
  • Proficiency in major South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
