Job Description

1. Regional Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national objectives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary, secondary, and tertiary).
  • Monitor territory performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with ASMs, distributors, and key stakeholders.

2. Distribution Network Expansion & Channel Health

  • Appoint, onboard, and manage super stockists, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Expand the retail network to ensure deeper market penetration across North India.
  • Maintain distributor hygiene by ensuring:
  • Timely claim settlements
  • Credit control and outstanding recovery
  • Smooth order-to-delivery operations
  • Build long-term partnerships with key trade partners.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage a regional team of ASMs, ASEs, SOs, SRs, and School Managers.
  • Define KRAs and KPIs for all team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and build a culture of performance excellence.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to drive accountability and productivity.

4. Institutional & School Sales Development

  • Drive school and institutional business in collaboration with School Managers and ASMs.
  • Customize offerings for school-branded notebooks, annual bulk orders, and special projects.
  • Build and nurture long-term institutional relationships.

5. Product Placement, Availability & Visibility

  • Ensure product presence and visibility across retail chains (D-Mart, R K Bazar, CrossWorld, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing on branding, visibility, and promotional activities.
  • Explore non-traditional channels (corporates, NGOs, gifting, etc.) for incremental growth.
  • Track and manage stock availability across the region to avoid supply gaps.

6. Sales Forecasting, Planning & Reporting

  • Forecast demand based on market trends and past sales data.
  • Align supply chain planning with projected regional sales.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards, MIS reports, and performance analytics.
  • Provide strategic insights to management for business planning.

7. Promotions, Schemes & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute region-specific trade and consumer promotions in coordination with marketing.
  • Ensure effective rollout and communication of schemes across all channels.
  • Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of trade campaigns and report outcomes to HO.
  • Organize eco-awareness and brand-building events in key markets.

8. Market Expansion & New Business Development

  • Identify new towns, territories, and product categories for expansion.
  • Build a robust distribution infrastructure in emerging markets.
  • Assess feasibility for new product launches and growth opportunities.

9. Competitor Tracking & Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and new launches.
  • Share market intelligence reports with management and marketing teams.
  • Recommend strategic actions to enhance EcoNama’s competitive advantage.

10. Commercial & Financial Control

  • Ensure adherence to commercial and financial policies (credit, claims, and discounts).
  • Monitor outstanding recovery and maintain financial discipline.
  • Support distributors in maintaining proper documentation and audit compliance.

11. Customer Relationship & Escalation Management

  • Build and sustain relationships with key distributors, retailers, schools, and institutions.
  • Handle escalations unresolved at ASM/ASE levels promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

12. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company SOPs, policies, and audit norms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for sales, trade schemes, and inventory.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and full policy compliance.

13. Sustainability & Brand Advocacy

  • Promote EcoNama’s eco-friendly and sustainable product philosophy in the marketplace.
  • Lead and participate in eco-awareness campaigns across institutions and retail markets.
  • Position EcoNama as a trusted, green brand across all business interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
