Job Title: Dispatch Manager Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Industry: Saffron Specialty Papers Ltd. Reporting To: Operations/Plant Head Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage daily dispatches as per production schedules. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams. Handle transport vendors, route planning, and cost optimization. Ensure timely deliveries and accurate shipping documentation. Supervise dispatch staff and drivers. Maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch records. Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, accuracy). Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations. Requirements: Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar. 2+ years in dispatch/logistics, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, Excel, and GPS tools. Leadership, problem-solving, and vendor management skills. Work Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹ 3–3.5 LPA (approx.)
