Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Department: Stores & Inventory Industry: Specialty Paper Manufacturing Reporting To: Plant Manager / Operations Head Key Responsibilities: Manage overall store operations – raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Maintain stock levels and ensure timely issue/receipt of materials. Implement inventory control systems (manual/ERP). Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits. Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams. Ensure accurate documentation – GRNs, challans, issue slips. Maintain FIFO, safety, and cleanliness standards in the store. Handle inward/outward logistics and transport coordination when required. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing preferred). Knowledge of inventory software (Tally, ERP, Excel). Strong leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with audit and compliance procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Language: Hindi, (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
