AboutDhampur Bio Organics Limited (DBOL)


Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., a spin-off from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd., specializes in the production of organic and agri based goods, offering a diverse range of bio-based products, including sugar, jaggery, biofuels, domestic spirits and various agricultural products. Originally established in 1933, Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. initiated a 300 TPD sugar mill in Dhampur.

Currently managing three plants in the traditional cane-growing region of western-central Uttar Pradesh, India, we boast a collective capacity to process 22,000 MT of cane daily, yielding 2200 MT of refined sugar and 800 MT of raw sugar per day. Our distillery has the capability to produce 312,000 liters of alcohol daily, and our renewable power generation capacity stands at 95.5 MWH.

Job Summary: -

The Regional Sales Manager – B2C will be responsible for driving the consumer sales strategy and operational execution across a defined geography. The role includes managing a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), optimizing beat plans, ensuring retail coverage, and managing channel partners (distributors, stockists, retailers). The RSM will also ensure strong execution of marketing campaigns, product visibility, and achievement of volume, value, and growth targets.


Roles & Responsibilities: -


Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement region-specific sales plans to achieve B2C sales targets (volume, value, and reach).
  • Monitor beat plan execution and ensure maximum outlet coverage across assigned geographies.
  • Drive product availability, visibility, and placement at the retail level.


Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of TSOs/Sales Executives to drive field execution.
  • Set performance targets and review individual and team KPIs regularly.
  • Conduct joint working, market visits, and capability-building sessions.


Channel & Distributor Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and retail partners.
  • Ensure distributor ROI, order fulfilment, secondary sales, and credit hygiene.
  • Resolve trade issues and build strong retailer relationships.


Sales Operations & MIS

  • Track primary, secondary, and tertiary sales across markets.
  • Analyse market data, competitor intelligence, and consumer trends to recommend strategies.
  • Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and CRM/SFA compliance.


Marketing & Activation

  • Work closely with trade marketing to execute BTL activities, retailer engagement, and brand visibility programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and suggest localisation strategies.


Required Skills: -

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in FMCG or B2C sales, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in beat planning, retail execution, distributor management, and team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and Excel/MIS
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership
