Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets for companys' underwear line in offline clothing trade/undergarments shops channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers in the innerwear market. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the innerwear segment to expand companys' reach. Monitor competitor activity and devise strategies to stay ahead in the market. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and product offerings. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Conduct field visits to evaluate market presence, customer feedback, and overall sales performance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the innerwear or apparel industry. Proven experience in handling sales in the offline market, specifically for innerwear. Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and the regional retail landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and trends. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
