Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Quick Commerce Strategies: Formulate and execute plans to drive online sales, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Leverage Growth Drivers: Utilise key growth levers to make data-driven decisions that support sales growth and market expansion. Monitor and Analyse Sales Performance: Track key metrics such as Conversion Rate (CVR) and Click-Through Rate (CTR), identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising the customer journey. Coordinate with Operations and Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with the Operations team to manage shipments and ensure stock availability across platform warehouses in India. Work alongside the Marketing team to align demand planning and promotional strategies. Collaborate with Content and Sourcing Teams: Maintain strong coordination with content and sourcing teams to secure required content and data, ensuring timely delivery without missing deadlines. Maintain Relationships with Quick Commerce Channel SPOCs/Category Managers: Build and sustain strong relationships with Quick Commerce channel points of contact (SPOCs) and category managers, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of category goals. Additional Requirements: Well-versed with Google Sheets and in-depth knowledge of Excel's formulas A person should have strong analytical skills to play with data, draw projections and inferences, and then execute them. Must have skills like teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, team bonding, fast learning, ownership, and communication. Education Background: Any Graduate or MBA Experience: 1-2 years in the eCommerce industry with a similar role Logical thinking and mathematical ability to work with figures without compromising on accuracy
