Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Drive the acquisition of new clients for LAS products across the region.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for disbursements, revenue, and client onboarding.
    • Build strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, stock brokers, and wealth advisors.
    • Identify and cultivate new distribution channels and partnerships.

    Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Area Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
    • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure sales effectiveness.
    • Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity.

    Product & Market Knowledge:

    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting LAS products.
    • Provide feedback to the product and credit teams for continuous product improvement.

    Credit & Risk Management:

    • Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
    • Ensure high quality of the portfolio with minimal NPAs and high compliance standards.
    • Monitor collateral adequacy and LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratios across the book.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
