Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the BFSI sales organization for the region
  • Own regional revenue, bookings, and growth targets
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance enterprise sales team
  • Drive strategic account planning and executive engagement at CXO level
  • Oversee large, complex deal pursuits and key negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and channel leadership
  • Provide accurate forecasting and executive reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer forums
Required Experience Skills
  • 20+ years of total sales experience
  • 10+ years of proven team management and leadership experience
  • Minimum 8 years of cyber security OEM sales experience
  • Deep expertise in BFSI enterprise sales
  • Strong quota-carrying background with consistent overachievement
  • Experience selling enterprise software and security solutions
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established CXO relationships within BFSI sector
  • Experience scaling regional sales teams
  • Bachelor s degree; MBA strongly preferred
