• Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plan to steer profitability and productivity of the region
• Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Area Managers and Cluster Managers to ensure the business strategies are executed as per plan
• Responsible for achievement of the monthly/quarterly/annually revenue targets
• Manage and support effective deployment of branch staffs with respective to the geographical area, explore new markets and locations for setting up new branches
• Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plan for the region
• Recruit and retain high performers
• Ensure goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are carried out in time and in an effective manner.
• Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Perform market research to study customer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
• Responsible for the administrative and operational functions at the region
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of ICL.
• Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the clusters and branches.
